Q: Do you have an instruction and trouble shooting for the zrk-c-1.6-df ( I have a green and black button on the side with plus and minus on it) . The unit will flush and won't shut off....And ideas? Thank you.

A: When this Zurn ZRK-C-1.6-DF RetroFlush Retrofit Kit (Part #149486) is continuously flushing, there are 3 different things you will want to check: 1. The Diaphragm - Clean the tiny Bypass hole on the flat diaphragm piece and the valve seat that seals to the valve body. If the diaphragm gets filled with debris, it can cause the unit to continuously flush. 2. The Zurn PR6000-E13F Trip Mechanism/Riser Tube (with Filter) (Part #113247). Clean the filter within this brass Riser Tube. 3. The Zurn PR6000-M RetroFlush Solenoid Valve Repair Kit (Part #107815). If cleaning the Diaphragm & Riser Tube doesn't resolve the issue, the Solenoid is most likely defective and will need to be replaced.
