A:
There is a Flow Control that can be adjusted on the Bottom of the Spout. Rotate the Flow Control using a 5/32 Allen Wrench until you reach the desired Water Flow.

If the water flow does not improve after making the adjustment, we recommend replacing the Zurn G62682 Poppet Assembly (Part #154309).

Q: We installed 2 of these, they metered and self closed, we got 2 more of the same batch, installed them and they did not meter, just self closed as a manual bubbler. We troubleshooted both of them, removing the stem and screen and checked for debris, assembled the bubbler and still would not meter. Do we have a defective batch? Was the wrong stem installed at the factory? Hopefully you can answer these questions.

A: You may need to adjust your Timing Nut. Remove the handle and locate the White Adjustment Nut stamped with "Time". To increase the time, turn the Nut clockwise, to decrease turn counterclockwise. If the timing adjustment does not make a difference then we'd suggest replacing the Handle Nut Assembly (Part #102233). If you have any other questions our experts are here to help!
