A: Yes, you can shut off the water at the Shower Valve. First, remove the Handle & Trim Plate and access the Hot & Cold Service Stops on each side of the Valve Stem. Next, turn off the Hot and Cold Service Stops by removing the Retainer Screw and turn the stops Clockwise using a 3/16" Allen Wrench. If you have any other questions our experts are here to help!
