A: It's likely that debris flushed into the Faucets when the Water Supply was turned back on after installation of the Faucets We recommend cleaning the Aerators with warm soapy water to clean out the debris. To clean, remove the Aerator using the Aerator Wrench provided with the faucet. If you have any other questions our experts are here to help! Call or text 800-518-5388

A: Great Question. There are two types of sensor operated faucets. Battery Powered Faucets - There will be a black battery box under the counter for each faucet. 120V Wall Powered Faucets - There will either be a plug-in transformer cube for each faucet under the counter. Or, there will be a larger transformer that powers a bank of multiple faucets. That transformer is often located behind the wall in a chase-way, or above the ceiling tiles.
