Q: I am trying to diagnose what is causing this style faucet to short cycle on for one second and then go off. unit is about 5 years old. Thank you. Jerry.

A: I would recommend cleaning the solenoid valve that is connected to the water lines. If the valve is dirty the unit can stay on longer and function intermittently. If cleaning the solenoid does not fix the problem it may be time to replace your module.
